Our health, safety and fire risk assessments are simple, set a realistic attainable standard and ensure compliance with the law.

Our action plans clearly state what actions must be completed for legal compliance. We do not set arbitrary timeframes as these are not mandated in Law and may be unrealistic. Your duty is to do what is reasonably practicable given the circumstances of the property.

Health and Safety

Legal responsibilities derive from the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (c. 37). Section 3 imposes a duty on every Landlord and Managing Agent to ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, that persons who may be affected by his undertaking are not exposed to risks to their health or safety.
