Steve Letch

Director

Steve is a Director at Watson Wild and Baker. He is responsible for the commercial sales client liaison.

Steve has over 25 years of experience of Health & Safety, Fire, Legionella & Asbestos Risk Assessments within commercial and residential buildings. Steve provides a bespoke and comprehensive service through his excellent knowledge of the processes involved in managing premises, ranging from lease arrangements and their inherent restrictions, to Section 20 Notices and First Tier Tribunals.

Martyn Wild

Director

Martyn holds a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Health and Hygiene and an Honors Degree in Chemistry.

He is a practicing Chemist and Occupational Hygienist who has worked in these fields since 1978.  Martyn has regularly been involved in all aspects of monitoring and assessment within industry (e.g. COSHH, Noise, Lead, LEV Testing etc.)

Darren Minton

Technical Manager

Darren is Technical Manager at Watson, Wild & Baker. His main responsibilities include developing the company’s property risk assessment methodology, training and supporting other staff members and providing expert guidance to Clients subject to enforcement action under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005.

Darren has spent the last eleven years specialising in fire risk assessment within residential buildings. Darren holds the CFPA Europe Diploma in Fire Prevention and graduated from the University of Reading in 2005 with a first-class honours degree in Psychology.

Consultant

Andrew is an Occupational Hygiene and Fire Risk Assessment Consultant. Prior to this, Andrew worked for 5 years as an Analytical Chemist.

Andrew is an associate of BOHS and is actively working towards the BOHS Certificate of Operational Competence in Occupational Hygiene. Andrew has the Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment.

Andy Lazenby

Andy Lazenby

Consultant

Andy is a Health & Safety Consultant and Fire Risk Assessor. As a graduate member of IOSH, Andy has thirty years’ experience of health and safety in manufacturing environments such as engineering, tobacco and food, with additional experience in warehousing and facilities control.

Andy holds the NCRQ Level 6 Diploma in Applied Health & Safety, the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, the NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management, the NCRQ Level 6 Certificate in Applied Health & Safety, and the NCRQ Level 6 Certificate in Personal Injury Liability & Absence Reduction.

Martin is a Fire Risk Assessment Consultant.  Proir to this, Martin worked in Education for 36 years. 
 
Martin has the Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment and the NEBOSH NGCOHS and has been with WWBLTD since 2018.
