Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, every residential and commercial premises must carry out a regular review of a Fire Risk Assessment.

Fire Risk Assessments are designed for the purposes of identifying the general fire precautions the responsible person should take to comply with the requirements and prohibitions imposed under the Order.
